STARS on the Internet" provides STARS courses for Washington
State
Child Care Providers & Workers.
STARS classes must be updated every year to comply with Washington
State
licensing requirements.
The STARS basic 20 hour course must be completed by all Washington
State Child Care
Providers & Workers within 6 months of hire date. Then each year
thereafter a 10 hour update class must be completed.
"STARS on the Internet" offers a comfortable solution to taking
these classes. We offer many different courses both STARS 20 hour basic
and STARS 10 hour update courses. We also offer many Administration
classes.
Once you have registered you may work on the class at anytime 24/7
from the comfort of your home computer. You work at your own pace and
you will be allowed up to one full year to complete each class.
To take a "STARS on the Internet" course you must have a working e-mail
address and be able to download the workbooks.
We also now offer a limited number of Idaho state approved STARS
Classes.
