To Do:
Goal One:Culture, heredity, religion, language, and family traditions have all played a very strong influence in the development of you as an adult person. It is very important in working with other people's children that we honor diversity. It is good practice to expose children from the earliest ages to a variety of cultures. Think about how your culture has had an effect on you throughout your life. Please set a goal on how you plan to expose very young children to diversity.
Goal Two:As a caregiver and educator of the youngest children in care, you are responsible for a vast array of job duties.
