The Class Registration fee
is $100 per class.
Before you Register
Please read over the available class list page completely to be sure
that you are choosing the correct class for you. If you are not sure
which class you need, please contact your State Licensing
Agent to see which course you are required to take. Next, Just follow
the three simple steps below:
Choose your Class Title from the available classes page.
STEP TWO~Fill
in the form:
Complete
the On-line Registration form below
and then submit
the form.
Be sure to include your STARS/MERIT ID registration number, as that is how we
record your class hours with the State of Washington. If you do not have one yet,
write "pending" and let us know as soon as you get your
number.
You may use any
payment method below, just be sure to list how you
plan to pay for this class on your registration form. DO NOT PUT
credit card numbers
or information on this form as it is not
secure - process your credit card or electronic check through PayPal's secure
site listed below.
STEP THREE~Payment:
For instant class registration use the credit card or electronic
payment option; just click on the PayPal button below go to the pop
up page and submit your Paypal payment.
Or you can
mail in the printable registration form and an $100 check or money order
payable to: Lita Tabish. If you plan to use the
mail option, please also
submit the On-line Registration form below for
faster set up & service.

to start your class immediately. After you submit this form a confirmation notice will appear, & it will explain
the directions on how to start your class.
You can make your class payment on-line with a credit card below. Or you
can mail a check or money order to the address below. We also accept
public schools Purchase Orders.

All courses are $100 each including the mailing & handling fees.
You can work at your own pace and complete the course as fast as you
like. You have up to one full calendar year from the date of
registration to complete each course. All work & assignments are
submitted by e-mail via the internet.
For credit card, debit card or electronic check payments go to Paypal by
clicking on the "Buy Now" Button above. From there you
will click a second buy now tab that will direct you to
the Paypal payment form. Make your Paypal payment of $100 to Lita Tabish at

Be sure to list your

Our Refund policy:
If you are dissatisfied for
any reason
within the first 30 days a full refund will be honored.
After the first month, if you find the need to change to a
different "STARS on the Internet" course this will be
allowed up to 6 months after your registration date. All
classes need to be completed within one calendar year from
your registration date.
