Scholarship & Voucher Information:

Washington State Scholarship Program:
This program is a reimbursement program with payments up to $100 made directly to you. How the process works is: You register and pay for your STARS class. You complete the class. Once you have finished your class, we mail you the Scholarship form along with your Certificate and payment receipt. You make copies of these papers & complete the Scholarship form. You then mail it all to the state STARS office in Kent, WA. They will process it and send you a reimbursement check for the full class fee up to $100 per year.
Everyone that is required to have STARS hours is pre-qualified for this scholarship, it is not financial need based. This program will continue until the state funds run out, which has never happened yet.

Washington State Voucher Program:
We do not accept Vouchers! Washington state has now stopped all Vouchers and will no longer provide them or pay for them.

Idaho Scholarship Program:
This program is run by Idaho STARS. Child Care Staff members that are interested can contact the Idaho state STARS office to complete the scholarship form. Once approved, this scholarship is used for payment of your class. We do accept Idaho Scholarships.
